Hi, I received a a Cainiao tracking number for my order. After clicking on the link the past 4 weeks I keep getting the same message that my order has arrived in the country of destination but nothing else!!!! The company I purchased the item from JTime are scammers and it seems Cainiao are also not trust worthy.

User's recommendation: Steer well clear of this company.
